Excellent in all ways. Selling a property during lock down was never going to be easy, however Julian and his crew made it seem so! Communication was great at all times.

They didn't solve any of the property issues we encountered especially with mould and they made us pay from out deposit for the damage, even if they were aware it wasn't our fault. We stayed in a mouldy property let by them and they acted surprised by the situation, but they continued to rent the flat to other people and they ended paying compensation to them, due to health reasons.

At the end of our contract, they asked me to pay for things they were not checked in the beginning. It was the worst experience I ever had with a flat and I felt I was constantly lied by everyone from the agency.

I bought a property recently through Thompson Wilson and found Julian (and all team members I spoke to, Pauline and Rob I think) really helpful and prompt. Received better service than my own solicitors! Would definitely recommend. Cheers Billie

We just sold our house with Thompson Wilson and could not recommend them enough. The process was so easy, all the staff, but especially Robert who we dealt with, were so helpful and informative. Having just completed a very quick house purchase with Thompson Wilson, I can say that they have been thoroughly professional, honest, and courteous during the entire process. Robert was handling this for us for the most part, but when he was away for a few days, Julian picked up and responded to my emails very quickly which was great to see. I wish I had the same service from our Solicitor!

I really can't praise Thompson Wilson enough and they will be our choice of Estate Agent when we come to sell in the future. As for the two negative reviews, they have clearly been left for the wrong estate agent/branch because there is nobody by the name of John Crellin at this branch, so for those reading my review, you can dismiss those from your mind. I will definitely be recommending Thompson Wilson to my friends and family and I hope they have a great 2018.

I have been really pleased with the experience I've had in the sale of my late mother's house. Both Robert and Julian kept me up to date with every step and on a weekly basis. The property went on the market just before the election was announced which affected the market downwards. Despite this, we still had regular viewings and the house sold at a very fair price. I would like to thank Robert especially for his help and advice during this trying time for me. I would definitely recommend them.

I wish I didn't have to deal with you, but you are managing the building we're living in - Dolphin Court. A very simple thing needed from you, but I refrain from sharing our terrific experience of dealing with you. I hope Dolphin Court property owners will consider changing their managing company very soon.

I used Thompson Wilson to sell my property this year and I found them to be very straight talking and honest. I had three valuations and found theirs to be the most realistic. I sold for close to their suggested price even though they allowed me to try for a bit more first. This proved both the over optimistic and the over pessimistic agent both wrong! Would definitely use them again.
