There are certain property related matters that should only be dealt with by a Chartered Surveyor, or Registered Valuer, qualified and experienced in the specialist fields and working in accordance with the procedure manuals and guidance notes of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We have vast experience in providing "Red Book" valuations of residential and commercial property, whether for sale or letting, pension and trust administration, purchase, mortgage lending, probate, matrimonial cases, legal proceedings and insurance.
Our team comprises staff qualified under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the National Association of Estate Agents - propertymark which enables us to provide a personal and professional service when handling the sale of your home and an ability to support all your needs. We will offer advice on what is required prior to letting the property, such as an Energy Performance Certificate, Electrical Safety Report, Gas Safety Certificate and anything more specific to your home which may be needed.Our aim will be to maximise your rental income, whilst also sourcing the most suitable tenant(s).
