Andrew founded the firm in 1992, and is always on hand for clients to talk to - he's still very hands-on with day-to-day estate agency work! Andrew is married and lives locally, enjoying walks with Jasper the dog over Horsell Common. He's also a motor racing enthusiast, supporting our local McLaren team, and has participated in motor racing himself many years ago - and he still enjoys taking his Lotus Elise around a track every now and then!

We've been in Woking for a long time now! Andrew Waterfall and John Durrant started up Waterfall & Durrant back in 1992 having both worked for a large national chain of estate agents. Disillusioned with the way large firms made it difficult for local branches to provide a top quality service to their clients in the 1980s.

We received a brilliant service throughout with Waterfalls, we were buyers of a property listed with them, Anna and the team were professional and supportive from the first viewings right through to completion. Would fully recommend to anyone in the area as the service they provide to prospective buyers was unrivalled compared to many others which does make a big difference in what can be a very difficult process. I hope not to move for a long time but when I do Waterfalls will certainly be my first call!

Waterfalls have been amazing throughout the purchase of a property in Woking. The service I received at every stage was professional but personal, a noticeable difference from other local agents. I approached Wateralls after being very unsatisfied with another local agent. My property had been sold twice but because due diligence and simple communication was not followed they fell through. I cannot say that about Waterfalls. Just the opposite! I have been so very happy with their professionalism, continuity and most of all honest communication. Everyone we dealt with at Waterfalls was professional, friendly and efficient, no matter what their particular role was. We felt well looked after and above all we appreciated their expertise and were confident that we could trust their advice. We rented a house for 3 three years through waterfalls and have always found everyone to be extremely helpful and professional. Apart from once during our quarterly inspection where I was told it was unacceptable to have leaves in my garden in October after the trees lost their leaves, perhaps I should have been stood under then tree with a bucket to catch the leaves as they fell. Anyway, recently the boiler broke and Bel, the property manager, was great at trying to get it fixed as quickly as possible and even offered us the use of her shower while we waited as we had no hot water. It was very kind of her and is the true definition of going above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Waterfalls for a stress free rental experience!

From the moment we inquired with Waterfalls regarding putting our house on the market, to the point of completion, we couldn't have had a more positive experience. The team members we have had contact with (namely Ben, Anna and Alison) have all been professional, personable, reliable and responsive whenever we had a query. No house move is stress free, but Waterfalls certainly helped it be a far smoother experience than it could have been, had we decided to use a different estate agent.
