We just bought a property from Whiteley Helyar. Emma was fantastic from start to finish. Always on the ball chasing both sides and helping the process along without being too pushy. Absolute pleasure to deal with. 100% recommend!

I recently purchased my first flat through Whiteley Helyar and can't recommend them enough! Following my offer being accepted, there were a few things that cropped up in the building survey that confused me as a first time buyer but Emma put me in contact with all the right people for advice which was so helpful being new to the property market. Emma was always very responsive to emails and we often hopped on the phone to each other to go through details. She was also extremely helpful in recommending solicitors and letting agents. Had a great experience and am so thankful for all their help!

I sold my tenanted flat in Bath with Whiteley Helyar and I cannot praise Rupert and his team highly enough. It was refreshing to deal with people who engage with you, understand your situation, offer sensible advice and guide you through the process. As I was living some distance from Bath they oversaw and organised everything, with Emma providing me with regular updates. I felt they supported and encouraged me throughout and achieved an very satisfactory result.

The property I sold and multiple viewings straight after it went live - from which it was sold for above the asking price. The property I purchased with Whitely Helyar did eventually become a long process - however, Andy was asbolutely brilliant.

His communication skills were superb and I was always kept in the know as to what was happening with who throughout the chain. In actual fact, Andy was better than the solicitor as he went above and beyond to make sure the sale completed and he definitely had the knowledge and know-how to ensure the whole process is as plain sailing as can be! Throw in his great sense of humour and the process became much more personal and less stressful! As for the business side of things, everything just seemed to flow easily and as said, even help to get a better price! Really could not recommend Whiteley Helyar anymore!

Within the last week, we have completed on a house purchase with Whiteley Helyar. Rupert Hart was managing the purchase for us and we were absolutely thrilled with his honesty, integrity, and great sense of humour, along with outstanding communication throughout. It was an extremely challenging conveyance to say the least of a deceased sale with Executors/Beneficiaries living all over the UK and the other side of the world! Therefore, the negotiating process with differing time zones etc was extremely challenging and at times fraught, but Rupert softened all of this worry for us. We truly believe that we would not have completed on the crucial date if Whiteley Helyar/Rupert had not been handling this purchase and it could have been a completely different outcome if it had been handled by another Estate Agent.

The service was absolutely faultless considering the challenges that were thrown at WH.
