Wilkinson Grant handled the sale of my property recently and I was very pleased with the service. Jonathan Coyte was managing the process and was most helpful and diligent throughout. Especially Helena Gates who truly understood the type of property we were looking for and worked 'above and beyond' to match us with our new home. I would like to recommend Wilkinson Grant highly after the sale of my property. It was a very difficult sale due to my personal circumstances and this was always handled very sensitively. James Mould guided me through the early process of marketing and dealt with many of the viewings, he was always available to talk things through and give feedback.

He was honest with me at all times and strived for the best outcome even though things didn't always go to plan. Once a sale had been agreed Kate King took over to guide me through the next process. Again things were not always straightforward but she worked hard to make sure things progressed and this eventually led to completion on the property.

Great care was always taken to keep me informed. I was copied into emails between solicitors and the buyer so I knew how things were progressing.
