Very disappointed to have requested a valuation through the website and never heard anything. Called today as hadn't had a response. Got through to a Lettings member who just said 'no one was in sales at the moment' I stated I was looking to book a valuation, no effort was made to take my details or suggest she got someone to call me back. I asked if I should try later in that case and was told 'yeah if that's alright' but not told when sales would be available. very unfriendly and unhelpful especially when I wanted to use them to sell my home.

Our first impression of this estate agent was OK but not great. When we first viewed the property we ended up purchasing the estate agent didn't seem overly engaged or knowledgeable about the property; it seemed that they were only interested in telling us that there was already an offer on the house. However, after that experience, I believe we dealt with someone else for putting in the offer and liaising for everything else, which was a much better process.
Wood and Pilcher were generally friendly and responsive throughout. They remained engaged throughout the whole process which was reassuring and made the process a little less nerve-wracking.

I spoke to Sally at first who was helpful. When I tried to change the time of the viewing, Dan said I wasn't able to, which was absolutely fine but he kept going on saying how busy they are, there are only a few estate agents and they can't work around my schedule. AFTER I said it was fine. Once I viewed the property, Mark sent me a follow-up e-mail for my feedback.
I missed his call so I called back but no answer. I emailed him my feedback and that I attempted to call him back and he replied "we are BUSY!" I'm very disappointed as there is a lack of professionalism and they don't care about the buyers. Don't expect a friendly service.

I can't say how much I'd highly recommend W&P. Not only did they get a good price for our property sale, they really stepped up to ensure the whole process went smoothly. I have to give a special mention to Lynn Gosling, who resolved every crisis quickly, efficiently and always went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
