Andrew Perrin is a JOY! And you cannot say that about your average surveyor. BUT Andrew is NOT average. He is that rare professional, whose enthusiasm for his work is only exceeded by his enthusiasm to help me/you/his clients, navigate through the property maze. He uses straightforward language (no 'engaging with stakeholders' nonsense), gets the job done, without ANY fuss, and his services are incredibly reasonably priced. Frankly, the RCIS - the surveyors' tribe, should make HIM their 'go to' spokesman.
