I've known Sanjay for many years even thou never used his services until this year. He was tasked with selling my mother's house. Right from the start he proved his quality by promising a sale which he did almost immediately. He dealt with probate of the estate and had a good understanding of a moving housing market pre and post covid with great professionalism. Sanjay showed great communication throughout. Would use Avenues again for sure. Great team and keep up the great work.

We purchased our first home (Green Lane, Wolverton) and then sold it 2 years later with Avenues and we couldn't recommend them any more! We had most of our dealings with Steve who is the most courteous and hard working estate agent ever and seeing it from both a buyer and a seller perspective, I can confirm that he goes above and beyond for both sides of the transaction.

He always delivers on his promises and is just an all round pleasure to deal with. I had minimal contact with Sanj and Shabab but the contact I did have was still the same 5 star service. Sanj at Avenues was professional, timely, knowledgable & attentive to the market. He went above and beyond at no extra charge.
