We purchased and renting our 1st property from David. We had very good experience as he is always on top of things weather it's chasing solicitors or mortgage broker. We were lucky to complete our purchase within 10 weeks. Also so far we have not had any issue with rent or anything else with our property. Very happy with the service. I would say the reason you feel like using the agent it's because of David as he is most friendly and humbly guy.

Michael was extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. As first time buyer, I was little scared and cautious on dealing with all the steps till completion. Although there was a delay in process of exchange and completion but received good guidance and co-operations from LIoyds of Watford. At the end, it was good and smooth experience of buying my first house with them.
