Bunch of cowboys. No help given when needed. Landlady allowed to leave us with no kitchen for 7 weeks so far & we get treated like we're in the wrong. Having to pay full rent while living like this may I add. No manager has ever called nor visited us to view the mess. Annette who is only available by email (not phone) copy's all the landlady says and is simply allowed to leave us in this horrific mess! They have removed our last 4 reviews so shows what they are capable of doing - stay clear at all Costs. From Hayley

I cannot recommend Russell and Butler highly enough. From the initial valuation by Cheryl, to the photography and office based support the team have been fantastic. We received three offers within a week of going to market and the sales team were well briefed as to the position of each so we could make an informed decision. During our valuation appointment Cheryl described Tracey - their Sales Progresser as so efficient she fits a two week holiday in a week and how right she was! Tracey was tenacious in pushing forward the sale, always well briefed on the progress of our sale and always happy to receive calls. Tracey did much of the chasing that really should have been done by other agents in the chain and without her we would not have completed the sale within the stamp duty holiday. From beginning to end Russell and Butler provided an exceptional service and I would without hesitation both recommend them and use them again.

Estate and Letting Agents do not always meet expectation but Russell and Butler are the most efficient and decent agent I have ever dealt with. I have bought and sold a property through them and currently they act as my Letting agent for a property I own in Buckingham. I have another currently on the market and through sheer bad luck, and ridiculous laws in England, we have had to re-market more than once!

Each time, the whole team at Russell and Butler spares no effort in securing viewings and a new buyer. They never fail to keep me informed and the sales progressor seems to do all the work that I would expect of my solicitor, even to the extent of keeping her informed! They excel.

Right from the start of our purchase process through to completion, this agent assured us with a confident, professional attitude through out. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
