The process of buying our flat through Richard Worth was satisfactory and so we decided to choose them when selling our flat. Unfortunately we wish we hadn't as the service was really not up to scratch. Communication and service was poor. We had to constantly chase them for information and often didn't get calls back. Although I contacted them to express our frustration nothing changed and so in the end we stopped bothering and they never contacted us.
Even on the day of the move we didn't hear from them until I called the office about the keys. We would recommend Property Assistant who have been excellent, communicate regularly and we have one point of contact who is always helpful.

We purchased our property from a seller who has instructed Richard Worth and cannot speak more positively of our experience of dealing with Steve and the team. Not only did they ensure all of our questions about the property were comprehensively answered, they were polite, helpful and knowledgeable along the way. Our chain was rather long and complicated (having had chain complications before finding this property), however the Richard Worth team managed to navigate their way though the various stakeholders enabling our purchase to be almost effortless, sorting out the downward chain complications also! Many thanks to Steve and the team for helping make our move out to Hampshire smooth and relatively pain free. Always available to help with our queries and help push our sellers solicitors if we were experiencing delays. Also actively helped in trying to resolve problems we had our mortgage valuation report.
