Tailor Made was established in 1992 by Gill and her daughter, Jackie. Gill had already been working locally as an estate agent and spotted an opportunity for an independent office in the old swimwear shop opposite Sandbanks beach. Within a short space of time, Tailor Made was born and a flourishing business was established which soon developed into a well-known and trusted agent.

His professionalism, his attention to detail and courteous manner were outstanding. We cannot recommend him enough. We have just completed the sale of our property on Sandbanks through Tailor Made with Josh Hamilton Fletcher our key point of contact. Firstly, Tailor Made are THE estate to use when either selling or buying as their knowledge of both the area and seemingly every property on Sandbanks is second to none. Secondly, you will go a long way to find a more experienced, knowledgable, helpful and friendly estate agent than Josh.
With a selling frenzy going on throughout the intervening lock-down periods Josh always managed to keep us well informed of progress and dealt professionally at all times with both ourselves and our buyers. My experience says not all estate agents are the same - very few equal Josh and the Tailor Made team.

I recently purchased my first home through tailor made. I dealt with Josh Hamilton-Fletcher and nothing was too much trouble for him through out the whole process. The service I received here was amazing and he really went the extra mile for me. It was a stressful process due to the solicitors I had chosen but Josh went above and beyond when it came to helping me with anything. Really professional and helpful.
