Established by Mark Stephenson in 2002, we specialise in the sale and rental of property across Ryedale, North Yorkshire. The sale went very smoothly and the property sold for a much higher price than I expected and certainly a lot higher than the estimate an online only estate agent gave me. Although the charges were higher with Mark Stephensons this was more than offset by the higher selling price. Throughout the process Mark and Emma kept me updated. I would recommend using Mark Stephensons for your house sale as they have excellent knowledge of the local market and are very friendly and professional.
