For those of you considering selling we provide a free pre-market appraisal/valuation of your property without charge or obligation. We will recommend an asking price to you based on local market conditions and known comparable evidence (where available) whilst taking into account your own thoughts, needs and timescale.
I have bought and sold various houses in Hazel Grove and have found Woodhall's to be the best estate agent by far. Me and my girlfriend have recently completed on our new home sold through Woodhall's. They are fantastic to deal with and helped us thoroughly throughout, quick and easy contact/communication which helped make our move fairly straight forward. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying/selling in the Stockport area.

Firstly, I'd like to start with the positives; Woodhall Properties were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. As first-time buyer's things can be stressful and a bit daunting, but we were always put at ease by Lisa and John, who went above and beyond. If any questions or issues were raised and needed answering, they were both always more than happy to pick up the phone to discuss & explain.
If they missed our call, they would always ring back straight away, with no chasing required from us! We never felt out of the loop on developments and always felt like we were their main priority. I can only presume that this would be the same for their other clients. We were incredibly lucky to have purchased from Woodhall Properties as they 100% put the client first. Secondly, the negatives. there weren't any!
In the future, if we were to plan on selling our property, Woodhall Properties would be our number one choice of Estate Agent. We can not recommend more highly of such a great team. Honest & professional. 10/10. Thanks Lisa & John for getting it over the line!
