C residential are AMAZING! They were the first estate agent that we discussed selling our property with and after talking with several others it was clear that C residential were the best choice. The whole process from viewings to completion was handled incredibly professionally and all the team are so friendly and polite. We chose our own solicitors who were frankly terrible but C residential went over and above to get all of the leg work done for our completion and to get us into our dream home before Christmas.

Selling a departed relative's house is always difficult. Angi patiently took us through the steps needed, giving us a fair price target and a realistic time to sell. At all times, she and the team made us feel that we were the only customers that she had, providing excellent support and timely answers to the inevitable worries and queries that we had.

Probate issues held up completion but she and the team kept us and the buyers up to date throughout the lengthy delay in settling that issue. Yeah i went to buy with them 6 yrs ago and got messed around.not turning up when i went to view houses then so then ened up renting a house that i was happy with lived there for three years then they took over the letting they were dreadfull, then went to buy a house that they had got meesed around twice on the same property.in the end went with someone else and it was plain sailing will not reccomend.in my eyes would not rent a tent from them let alone buy or sell a house with them.

Estate agents get a bad press. If all estate agents were like these people thye would be seen if a very different light. These people are extremely helpful either as buyers or sellers and folks who have rented thru them say they are the same for lettings. If Carlsberg made estate agents.
