Customer service is practically non existent within McAfee Properties Coleraine. Upon vacating the property I was renting I was met with the most unpleasant, unprofessional member of staff who possessed no interpersonal or social skills and frankly was down right rude. Then, upon visiting the office to collect the deposit cheque, there was no greeting from any staff member and after standing for five minutes was asked what I wanted and when told I was there to pick up a cheque, was thrown it over the counter.

Sorry but if McAfee want to continue to be a big name in letting in the area they really need to look at their customer service training as there is a serious serious lack of it.

Ryan and Alan offer such a professional service, every aspect is dealt with meticulously, paying such close attention to detail and professionalism. The photography and subsequent schedule in particular were stunning and produced to an exceptional standard. This really helped sell our home, as it ensured we had viewings lined up from the day it went onto the market and every day thereafter until an offer was accepted that we were delighted with less than a week later. Every stage of the process was totally seamless with these two highly professional gentlemen. A pleasure to deal with, they come highly recommended.

We recently sold a holiday home through McAfee Portstewart. Our experience couldn't have been better. We discussed our requirements with Ryan and handed over the keys. The photographs of the property were excellent and really showed it off well. The viewings were all carried out in our absence by Ryan and the team and we quickly received a number of offers which we were very happy with. All in all, a brilliant service.
