I would like to highly recommend The Property Explorer. The whole process was very smooth and quick from initial first meeting with Oliver until we successfully exchanged the contracts. I was very pleased with the photos and virtual tour, the quality is exceptional. The house was sold after only one day of viewings. From the day we accepted the offer on our house Kevin was our key person who was helping with everything very quickly and efficiently. He always responded to phone calls and emails. Once again thank you for everything!

Overall good experience, highly recommended. I used the Property Explorer Basingstoke to sell my house when I moved to another town. As the first buyer pulled out, they quickly helped to get things moving again and my house was sold to another buyer very quickly. They also helped to communicate with the buyer (almost in the daily basis in the last few weeks before the contract exchange).

They offered us free mortgage advisor that provided us the best information in order to take the decision that suits our needs, they also offered us support in finding the solicitors we wanted( nothing imposed, we were free to choose who we want or from the quotes provided for our guidance) The solicitors we choose are locally and I think that was the best decision as we got that trust straight away especially that we meet them, seen their offices and nothing felt weird.

In terms of communication and updates, we have been constantly in touch with our solicitors or our agency contact and in this way everyone was aware of the progress. We have rented through this company for many years. They are very professional and we have always been very happy with their service. If we had a problem in the house you just fill in this online form and usually within days there is someone to have a look at it.
