Avoid at all costs. We were first time buyers and had our offer accepted on what we thought was our dream house. We were advised that the ppl selling were waiting on a property to be built but were happy to move if the delay was lengthy. 4 months later I called for an update. Advised further delay and the ppl selling were now not prepared to leave the property until the other was built.
We were not given any advise or support. I had to continue to chase the estate agent to find out why there was a delay. Apparently in October 2021 the highways agency advised that the property being built could not be built due to an access issue. This information was not given to us by the estate agent. We were told completion date in dec 2021, then feb 2022.
No apologies just calling me to say "i have spent all day chasing this". They only seemed to be bothered about the seller and not us. Absolutely disgusted with how they treated us. Would never recommend this agent.

Fantastic service! Despite how competitive the rental market has been, during the whole process we were treated as people rather than just numbers. Very fair and comforting process with quick communication throughout. We would definitely use again, and hopefully we can buy (and maybe even let ourselves) through DK in the future!

We had a long wait before we could move in to our new house but from the day our offer was accepted Will Lennox from dkresidential was absolutely brilliant. He gave us updates on a regular basis and was always very professional and helpful. we would not hesitate to recommend the company to future clients. 10 out of 10 to Will!

We were going to view a property and whilst on the train from Bristol to Trowbridge the man calls to say that it was cancelled. This was cancelled 10 minutes prior. When challenged about this Kenneth hangs up the phone. He then calls back to offer the view again as noticed we were not happy about it. We had to said we would now be 15 minutes late as we have gotten off the train and on the way back to Bristol because he initially cancelled this and did not present an alternative.
He did not accept it. The view was cancelled and the person did not care that it was their fault and did not want to make it up and provide an equal opportunity to all the clients booked for that day- so we were not able not to view the property neither top put an offer- when clearly this could've been handle with a lot more care and dignity. We then called back on the following day and this man had a hard time understanding what empathy is and neither once he apologised for canceling the view and not being able to be flexible to his mess.
Not just that he could not negotiate with the landlord to say that he would hold on a bit longer because it was their problem not ours and that perhaps he needed to get our possible application form as all the others booked managed to view it. Kenneth was then told that we would complaint because this was not a fair treatment. He said on the phone he would sent the complaint form right away, never sent it. He was obviously lying. Terrible service.

Kenneth is a very unpleasant man to deal with- typical capitalist. Although this person in charge pretends to care about the clients, he only cares about the business. In our experience we were shown no values, dignity, just a fake persona and up until now we have not received the complaint form he was just sending right away! hilarious and disgusting.
