We are very proud of the fact that much of our business comes by word of mouth or repeat. Since launching in 2003 we have just sold the fifth property in a row for one homeowner and three generations of another family sell through us. Not all agents are the same, we hear that our clients trust us which we think is really important when selling your home.
We understand that with so many Estate Agents out there you would think you could just close your eyes and stick a pin in a list but selling such a valuable asset as your property needs careful consideration before you are tied up into a long agreement. In a recent sample 90% of our instructions were from people who had sold, bought, dealt with us before or who had been recommended to Zone. So we have asked clients why us? Consistently the feedback was they liked who they were dealing with.

As a local guide reviewer I visited the website to see if I could assist in improving the company's Google My Business Listing. I noticed the business has not been claimed and a lack of content. This would mean as a company they are unable to answer customers reviews and unable to upload any content damaging on line visibility
