I tried to call them to put my estate on the market and I had such a rude response from Lin or Lynn. I am mortified that they get any business at all, she spoke to my secret and my secretary she sounded really "Confused and odd".

Being a business owner for 20 year in the Lettings industry Hayden's come highly recommended from us - a big thumbs up! From a contractors point of view always professional and stand out from most other letting agents we've worked with! Keep up the great work guys!

We did not get what we paid for, we paid for a standard estate agent and we got so much more for our money. We were so pleased with the process and efficiency by Linda and her team with a quick valuation on the house, photography booked in for a Saturday to suit our working hours and a quick turn around with getting our property online. Just wanted to point out that I have had nothing but amazing service from Hayden Estates. I have had my fair share of letting agents/landlords in my time and none have got things fixed or answered queries so quick! I phoned to say I had no hot water and it was fixed in an hour! I have had to wait over a week in some places! Highly recommend!
