Faultless! So happy with the service they provided me, I was in no doubt that they would help the sale reach completion. Their friendly, knowledgable, and helpful staff helped complete the sale of my apartment. You get what you pay for with estate agents, and whilst they were very upfront about the top end commission rates, they were worth every penny, as I firmly believe that what I gave up in slightly higher commission I made back in a sale price that I would not have achieved with another less specialised agent.
I was also selling remotely, so to not be in the city could have made it difficult to sell, but the team were always on hand to help me when needed to make sure that the sale completed speedily. Thank you soo much for all your help!

My partner and I just bought a home in Bath through the Apartment Company. From the beginning, Paige was very friendly in showing us around and answering all of our questions about the flat and area. We went back for a second viewing, and both times she was early and smiling. When we put in our offer, Sharon immediately responded and we got an answer back with the acceptance within about 20 minutes.
From there, Sharon as well as Christina who covered while Sharon was away were extremely helpful and guided us through the process. They followed up regularly with both sides to ensure we were all on the same page and aiming toward a quick completion (6.5 weeks in the end). Up to completion Sharon also chased the solicitors on both sides multiple times when it was difficult to get a response from them directly.
Even after our purchase, everyone on the team kindly asked after us and wished us well with the flat. Overall a great experience with the Apartment Company, and we would greatly recommend!

We cannot recommend Sharon and her team highly enough. They found us the perfect apartment, they then went above and beyond to ensure we completed in 7 weeks. amazing! It's refreshing to discover a company and a team who prioritise customer service but are also experts in their field. use them, you will not be disappointed!

Had a fab experience with Sharon, Alex and Peter. Peter came to visit and value our apartment for sale, and we had a very lovely photographer take some excellent pictures for our rightmove listing. We had lots of viewings and great communication with Alex (viewings) and Sharon (sales). Had great advice and the team worked super hard to get us a good sale and we were able to complete before the stamp duty holiday.
They are a little pricier than some other estate agents but they really know flats and apartments! Good communication throughout especially as we were securing our exchange and completion towards the end. Thanks!

I bought my first ever property with The Apartment Company, then sold it with their help too. I then sold another investment property through the same professional team at The Apartment Company as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I dealt with Peter directly as well as Sharon who are both delightful to work with. Their rate is slightly higher than some other agency, but you pay for top notch quality service. They are always my 'go-to' agency when it comes to buying and selling properties in Bath.
