Dear Mr Edwards I understand you have had surgery recently, I hope that went well. Further to the email sent to you by Mr Jonathan Morgan yesterday, are you able to confirm your current situation. Are you still in hospital or have you been discharged? If you are no longer in hospital, where are you staying at present? I understand from Emma that gas and electricity supplies are now available in 34 Maesyfelin, but you did not feel able to return there in December, as you had no bedding or towels; Emma told me she was hoping to apply for money for these via the discretionary assistance fund. Has this been sorted now? Emma has also spoken about the possibility of applying for discretionary housing payment to clear some of the rent arrears to allow you to extend your stay in the bungalow. Has this been done?
Do you still have keys to access the bungalow, and are you intending to return there at all before the notice expires? As advised previously, you have a legal right to remain there until the notice ends on 21 February, and may be able to stay after that date if your landlord does not apply for a court order. You are on the council's housing register and can bid on 1 bed flats; you have told us that you must have a bungalow, and we have advised that bungalows are allocated to people over the age of 55, and younger people normally need an occupational therapist recommendation to be considered for a bungalow.
You have given us a letter from your consultant, and that will be passed on to a Occupational Therapist, who may need to carry out an independent assessment of your needs. I look forward to your reply, with any information or changes that are relevant to your current housing situation. Regards Lynne Beer Now my belonging are going in to the skip.and I will be face a 1000 bill all this cos reported flys two leek.

The first viewing the agent was late leaving us waiting outside. Nearing completion we needed to measure the stairs for a stairlift and had to wait nearly a week for an agent to be able to let us in. We moved in on 31st January. (Freezing) there was no heating or hot water. We have a 3 yr old toddler and a disabled daughter. (The seller ticked the box stating heating was fine) after weeks of trying to get it working we had to move into a Travelodge for 10 days.
Cost over 3000 in total. We started to get over that. Then in April while in the garden I noticed a load of suspicious looking plants had sprung up. Yes JAPANESE KNOTWEED! All in the garden! Which had spread from the plot next door. We had a report done and it's over 10 years old! (The seller stated no knotweed) after speaking to neighbours this is an ongoing nearing 10 year dispute between at least 3 neighbours (seller not stated any disputes) we now have a solicitor involved and cymru estates refuse to give us the sellers contact due to data protection!
He has our address by the way!?! (our solicitor will get it we will just have to pay more) cymru estates have completely failed in every aspect of listing and selling this house. Do not use them.
