Jordan came and carried out a thorough inspection, on which to base his valuation. He also explained the sales process, and spoke of all the ways he could help. He was very friendly and reassuring making this a very easy meeting. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing this service.

Kitchen extractor not working, raised border wood rotten now collapsed but in this state 3 years ago at the tenancy commencement. Downstairs WC fan disconnected by owner 18 months ago and so many other issues including an alder tree growing out of the ground where the gas main enters the property. A risk for this property and the neighbour, but as both are owned by the same landlord, clearly not an issue for urgent attention!. Avoid this agent at all costs.

After dealing with many estate agents, I genuinely believe that this is the best estate agent in Lincoln. I dealt directly with Steve, Abbie and Karyn and right from the start, they were not only polite, welcoming, and efficient they also delivered and exceeded expectations. I can't thank them enough for making everything run so smoothly and making buying a house seem so effortless when I know that is far from how it is normally.

Especially in the current sitution. They were always there to take calls and even if they weren't they always phoned back as soon as they could. The one thing that stood out for me was the professionalism, not once did I have to chase them for something id asked for, they always did what they said they would do, which is so hard to find.
