Our first experience of Palmer & Partners was in 2017 when we purchased our first home. They were brilliant, so naturally we returned to them when we decided to sell five years later. The valuation was speedy, high-quality photos were taken and we have been given professional advice every step of the way. They were brilliant at keeping the purchase process moving for us too, especially when we needed to speed things up so we could exchange contracts. Cannot recommend them enough! Well, where to start! Refreshing honest, kind, and caring estate agents. Both Lucy and Ollie have been absolute stars from the very get-go! From an open and honest valuation by Lucy, which had the property ready to be listed for sale the same day as the photographs were taken. To the property being sold after just a week! Which given the time of the year that it went to market is unheard of. Then, to Ollie's progression, which has been faultless as we were kept in the loop at every turn and actively reassuring the chain. I could not recommend Palmer and Partners Ipswich any higher as it's been a completely painless process.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, 1 viewing in 6 weeks, they blamed the lack of interest, apparently no one was viewing via the internet. I asked what they were doing, answer, waiting for people to respond to internet? Changed estate against, in one week 2 views 2 offers and now all sold and completed. Absolute time wasters, arrogant beyond belief and the guy who came around Has such a massive ego and so little follow through. Don't use them, they work on volume not quality.

Terrible service. Took ages to get back to my husband and I about a few listed rental properties. Once we scheduled a viewing they waited until 5 minutes before we were supposed to see a property to cancel and we had to get off work early. We ended up going through Fenn Wright and it was 100% better service.

Palmer & Partners maintained a consistent and focused stream of information and guidance through what should have been a speedy and neat chain free sale/purchase. Our sale was anything but 'speedy and neat' but was made lengthy and complex by the bungling neglect of our former solicitor. However Palmers' confidence of the positive outcome kept us optimistic during a frustrating and stressful period.

In addition, they carried out regular weekly checks of our empty flat saving us a weekly round trip of 110 miles. We whole heartedly recommend the excellent team that is Palmer & Partners to anyone thinking of buying or selling property.
