Wrights were the last of the local Estate Agents to assess our property and were by far the best, with a realistic approach to what might be achieved in terms of price, and showed real vision as to potential alterations that would assist the sale. All the staff were very efficient and polite, especially when arranging the many viewings. We are delighted that a young family has bought our house and thank Wrights for finding them.

After selling our bungalow, we had trouble finding a new bunglow as it was hard with the stamp duty holiday making it hard but Kirk did find us something he always replied to phone calls and emails straight away with good communication from us to the seller of the property

There were a number of issues to overcome and I felt the sellers represented by Wrights were being difficult. There were times when I thought that Wrights could have been a bit more proactive to speed things along, but having said that it was difficult to assess as I was remote.
