The business is led by Michael Day, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents.
Managing Director Michael Day is recognised as a leading figure in the property industry and he provides business mentoring, consultancy and project management services to businesses large and small across the property sector. Helping new businesses start up and existing businesses expand (organically and via acquisition).
Ensuring that you and your team operate at peak performance and focus on the things that count, comes from maximising a combination of attitude, behaviour, knowledge and skill. Training, coaching and mentoring helps ensure peak performance and service delivery as well as regulatory compliance and good business practice.
