We have just sold our house with Manning Stainton and they've been faultless! Really good service- great communication re viewings and we always get feedback from viewings within 24 hours. We had a buyer who pulled out but Manning spent the day trying to generate interest from others which worked and we agreed another sale within a few days. Steve valued the property and he was very thorough, and James and Priya have managed our property since then and they have both been amazing- really efficient and lovely people. We would definitely use Manning Stainton again.

James Blackwood acted as the agent for the property we were buying and we really appreciated his non-pushy/pressure approach. Our house wasn't on the market at the time we submitted our offer but James negotiated a period of exclusivity which gave us the time to list our house and it sold within a couple of weeks (also sold through Manning Stainton). So we're very happy with the service that James provided and also Manning Stainton.
