Leanne Brown is a despicable person, prejudiced and above all xenophobic, clearly in her attitudes. It's an absurdity in a country formed and totally dependent of immigrants. Therefore I recommend that no one, I said NO ONE search for any property by Simpsom and Partners.

Great service from all departments. From purchasing the property to quickly finding tenants and managing the property. The staff are quick to respond to my emails. After some initial small communication problems between tenant find and property management they've been managing the property for 2 months now and so far so good. Leanne was super efficient at finding tenants and a great help for organising tradespeople to make sure everything was in place for the start of the tenancy. Olivia is my property manager and does a great job at keeping me informed every step of the way especially as there has been a lot to sort out.

Selling our farmhouse with Simpson and Partners has been a very positive experience. Andrew and his team worked very hard covering every aspect of the sale, from the initial meeting to discuss marketing to property to finding a buyer, Andrew, Jacqui and Kerrie have been extremely professional and diligent. We chose Simpson and Partners based on their presence in the area having been established here for some time but also on their marketing, they had just launched a new website and were very active on social media.

We were lucky to have been one of the first properties with a 360 degree experience tour which during lock down was apparently viewed over 500 times and resulted in a sale within a week of restrictions being lifted. I would highly recommend Simpson and Partners if selling or looking to buy.
