We approached Stevens to market our late Mothers home as we knew they were local and had been successful with sales in the area. Tom Green valued the house in a very professional manner and advised a realistic valuation, it was a pleasant surprise to us. We think our Mother would have been amazed. Tom also said that it would possibly sell very quickly as demand was high.

The house went on the market and realised a first enquiry within a couple of days. The sales advertising and pictures were professionally done. With agreement with Tom we decided to give it a further few days, as it had not reached a wider market. However, we received a further enquiry, with a request to remove it from sale at a greatly increased offer.

The family agreed that we would happily accept the offer. Tom advised us that they used Kingsfords Solictors for conveyance, this suited our needs as we needed to apply for Probate through them as they held our Mothers wil. Both Tom and Jordan were excellent in keeping us informed of progress of the sale, via email and telephone. The successful sale commenced 3rd March and will be concluded 13th May. I'd highly recommend using Stevens to sell your home. Bill, Tom, Jordan and the whole team helped to take most of the stress out of the whole process. They were always happy to help, quick to respond, always answered any questions we had and of course, they managed to find a buyer for our property very quickly and got a price we didn't even consider possible initially! When I was pregnant I was unsure if I should start the process of trying to sell my house with all the stress that came with it! We bought our new property through Stevens and we were very impressed with the service we received. At the start of the process we met with Jordan to view the property. She made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. She helped with us seeing the potential of the property, but at the same time we did not feel under any pressure. She really was great throughout the whole process.

The Sales progression team were also very helpful. There were problems with the start of the chain and everybody was so understanding and positive. When we completed the sale we were contacted by the Manager who offered helpful advice. On collection of the keys we met with Jordan who presented with a lovely gift box. We felt she was so pleased to be handing us our keys to our new home. Overall we had a very positive experience.

My wife and I used Stevens & Co to sell our property in Singleton, and from start to finish the whole experience was seamless. I have recently brought a flat in Repton Park and I couldn't thank Stevens estate agent and especially Bill Dane for how easy the process was. I was always kept in the loop with how everything was going and if I needed to do something I had missed. The process on the day of completion was very simply and Steven's even got a bottle of Prosecco and a goody box.

We were really pleased with Bill. We had been trying to buy and sell for 18 months and therefore had experienced a number of estate agents. My partner and I agreed immediately that Bill was by far the most genuinely engaging agent we had spoken to and came across as authentically interested in helping both us and his seller.
