We operate a policy of accompanying viewers to your property to offer a comprehensive and safe service. We only deal with properties in the county so we are everyone's first call when looking for property in the area.

Please note our criteria for tenancy applications. When we offer you a property we ask you to sign a Holding Deposit Form that contains four key questions. Answering yes to any of the below does not automatically exclude you from renting one of our properties but we would need to know the circumstances.

We are not estate agents, we do not have property to sell, we are not biased with property. Knowing your goal, we will source your next buy to let property, showing you options and letting you choose the ones for you. This enables them to focus on providing a great service for our properties without the hassle of chasing money.
We know investing in property is a massive decision especially at the lower end of the market sub 100k as lower priced properties tend to attract lower priced tenants right? The reality is we can find quiet pockets of good neighbourhoods, put respectful tenants in place and maintain the property in good condition.
Here at County Durham Properties, we understand the struggle of travelling long distances to find your perfect home. Your ideal property may be many miles away from you so why not take advantage of our property viewing services. We view properties and provide a written visual report with supporting photographs of homes that we would recommend, alternatively we can view properties that you source but cannot get to for a nominal fee. We can take care of insured removals, storage and transportation of your belongings with our complete home move package.
