Trinity Property provided a comprehensive property report in a much-needed quick turnaround timescale. I have used their services previously and certainly intend to use them again. A personal touch with professional standards. Highly recommended.

My house sale was managed brilliantly through Trinity. They found buyers very quickly and gave good advice. Kayleigh worked extremely hard throughout the whole process and kept me updated every step of the way. She established and maintained good, regular communication links between solicitors, buyers and their estate agent and was very supportive to myself. I would highly recommend using Trinity Property.

I would definitely recommend using Trinity properties. Eric goes up and above to support you with any inquiries. The office staff are great too and always willing to help and support. I have had contact with Kerry in the past and she is very polite and always replies to my e mails within a few hours.

I can't even begin to express how much of a delight my first time letting was thanks to Sky! Eric was very professional and made us both feel at ease when coming to view our property. His wealth of knowledge was second to none and we were both very happy to have Trinity Property act on our behalf. I have been living in rental accommodation for years now and have been with many different agents. The service from these guys are very good but the contractor they use for maintenance called 'your maintenance covered' are really excellent. I had a leak on my boiler on new years eve, they immediately answered my call and got an engineer out to me within the hour. Honestly I couldn't be happier, they are a credit to this company! I now have hot water! Thank you!

Took two phone calls to get the price of a property as a board was up but not on website. Further phone calls and email enquiry to arrange viewing finally told property has already been sold to an investor. No return call to advise us of this, completely unprofessional service.

So the title sounds quite funny, but honestly every single time I deal with this company when I find a property on Rightmove, they are completely useless. Last time i enquired about a few properties in Dudley, and the viewing appointments got cancelled on 2 separate occassions, i settled for basically 2 weeks later. I went to view the property and no'one was there, called the office who said "strange, you aren't in the books", despite 2 previous cancelled appointments.

Finally someone came down "Oh i wasnt expecting you", LOL. The guy showing me round was roughly around 65-70, not dressed professionally at all and looked like someone's grandad to be honest, not someone who should be representing a company like Trinity. Anyway regardless, the company is awful across the board, from basic communication and delegation. Stay away, deal with another company instead

I contacted them about a property to rent. They told me they were waiting for keys to arrange a viewing as the tenant was moving out in the next few days and was busy packing. The next thing I see two days later is that the property is let. I since spoke to the tenant who said that she wasn't moving out for another month. what a bunch of liars they are.

Asked for a valuation on my house - prompt communication, clear advice, knowledgeable about the area and values, and followed it up in writing. No charge for the valuation either, even though I wasn't going on the market! Very impressed.
