We are buyers of a property sold through Mellor and Beer and the service from start to finish has been amazing! Was extremely accommodating arranging a viewing and helpful to us as we struggle to do usual working hours, Matt who did our viewing was extremely kind and helpful and helped us during negotiations to have an offer accepted quite fast and from then right until now a couple days away from completion he has been amazing at helping us push the process along as fast as possible and helped chase both ends when need be! Delt with many estate agents in my time but this independent business takes the gold. Prompt, professional and polite Dealing with the legal side every day, nothing too much trouble. My husband and I decided to use Mellor and Beer to sell our property in Whitwell because two previous agents had come into our house, basically thought of it as a terrace and suggested very low prices for a quick sale for them. Tim Beer came in and really looked around the property and suggested a price my husband and I had already agreed on. Throughout the whole process they have been amazingly supportive and professional. All of the staff are brilliant but we would like to give special regard to Liam, he worked with us every step of the way. I literally cannot recommend them enough.
