Being a website based estate agency our overheads are low and we pass these savings on to our vendors by charging just 0.5% plus VAT* (half a percent) for properties listed on a 'SOLE AGENCY' basis and 1.5% plus VAT** (one and a half percent) for properties listed on a 'MULTIPLE AGENCY' basis.
