We have never dealt with such a caring Estate Agents you were outstanding from letting us view 10 properties in one day to helping us through our chosen one. You have all been outstanding and it was a total pleasure dealing with each of you, from our frantic phone calls over sheds and boilers to picking up the keys you have been fantastic, would definitely recommend you, Calne is lucky to have such caring people to deal with.

Tried to ring through to arrange a viewing for a house we had seen listed by them. Two days in a row we were met with absolutely no Hello and instead an incredibly rude and abrupt "We are busy. Give us your number and we will ring you back". Have not received any contact from them. Not impressed in the slightest.

I've moved a fair number of times in my life and I can hand on heart say the experience with Butfield Breach was the best. They worked very hard to meet my requirements and made the process as easy as possible. Thank you

We were fortunate enough to have Peter and the team help us in buying a property in Calne, and 5 years later selling the property. Being locally based and having a team that didn't change much during the period we lived in Calne is a great advantage.

I am not easy to please, so for me to say the service offered by Peter, Steve, Austin and all of the team was FANTASTIC is praise indeed. I sold my previous property and purchased my new one with Butfield Breach and every step of the way for both processes was nudged along (when needed) in a gentle, kind and friendly way.
