I'm going back 12 years or so but my final experience of dealing with this business was paying 180 for a letter to be written and sent on my behalf which, 8 weeks or so later hadn't been sent. In fact, the solicitor and namesake of the business told me that the hour long meeting that I'd had with him never even took place. What? I immediately switched to DPH next door.
On attending my first meeting with my new solicitor, I found that Brighouse Wolff hadn't sent my file (next door). I then had to go and ask for my file which was brought to me by said namesake along with questions regarding why I was switching. It was very uncomfortable. I would recommend Dickinson Parker Hill however who get straight on with the job in hand, don't drag things out and charge a fair rate.
