Renting a property through Parkheath is simple. We try to make the renting experience as straightforward as possible, thus enabling you to enjoy the area for however long or short your stay. This step-by-step guide will help to clarify the renting process for you and we hope will remove some of the stress involved in moving home.
Holding Deposit (per tenancy) - One week's rent. This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). Security Deposit per tenancy. Rent under 50,000 per year - Five weeks' rent.

We had an opportunity to work along with Parkheath letting team recently to help find an appropriate place for my husband and I to move into for our next rental property. Tania was our contact and she is very friendly and extremely patient and responsive. Helped us find a lovely place for our next move. We had viewings at 2 different propeties with Tania and she was so so kind to accommodate the viewings at our conviniece in the last minute and even took us around by her own car as we had used public transport to reach the 1st place.

Shaina @ Parkheath is very helpful. Her positive attitude and proactive approach is amazing. She really tried to understand what a person is looking for and comes up with suitable listings once available in the market. The experience is far better to other agents I dealt with and I strongly recommend her if you want to find a flat in this area!

I do not recommend. They did zero due diligence on the place I rented, but rather than accept any blame in the process they just look for an opportunity to benefit. It should be illegal to run a business like this, but I accept it's not. However a little common sense would go a long way. Charging the maximum amount, when you are FORCED to move as the property in inhabitable it simply scandalous.

Just awful to deal with. Promises big things as an agent but as a property manager tries to run away from any responsibility. Every little thing is "ask the landlord": what is he paying you for? Or you have your email forwarded to about 12 different people, none of whom will give you a straight answer. Steer well clear.

Parkheath has always been incredibly ethical, professional, and helpful in my experience. So much so that when my landlord had problems with the previous property managers and asked me what management company he should be using, I referred him to Parkheath. The property management firm is the most responsive I've ever had, and the lettings office in Belsize Park is incredibly helpful, proactive and very friendly. I'd strongly recommend Sam Curry, one of their agents.
