Simon worked so hard to find a house for us and we couldn't be more thrilled with our "new project". The whole team in Whitchurch were always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I sold my house in Prees using Simon from Halls Whitchurch. From the moment we engaged their services to completion the service we received was exemplary. Simon was engaging, proactive and responded with information and progress reports within minutes of any request. I had an issue with the first buyer which only came to light as a result of Simon's dogged determination to discover what was going on. That sale fell through but my property resold within hours and went through to completion. An excellent experience-and right through Covid too.

We really cannot praise Simon Dodds and his staff enough. We had a very difficult, time pressured sale as we had moved out of area. Though we had tried to sell our house through other means - this did not happen! Simon was practical, straight forward, knew the market and strategies to get our house SOLD in a short space of time at a realistic price for the circumstances. In a world where it is difficult to trust, we found Simon refreshing to deal with. We really cannot Thank him and recommend Halls ( Whitchurch ) enough!

It's very rare we ever leave a review but felt compelled to do so after such amazing service from Simon. Simon looked after every aspect of our purchase including dealing with both sets of solicitors and keeping us informed daily of events and problems. Our purchase was a complicated one made easy thanks to Simon's hard work. The one thing that is for sure is that this sale would not have gone through if it was not for the great work of Simon!
