Brown & Kay Estate & Letting agents was established in 2006 in Poole Town Centre. After many successful years a second flagship branch was opened in the bustling location of Westbourne. Since then Brown & Kay have continued to offer the customer care and service levels that we know our clients deserve.

We used Brown & Kay as our Letting Agents. They were extremely helpful and professional. Very good communication and always there for anything we required. Mark from the sales team was also extremely helpful and dedicated to helping us throughout the process of selling our property. Marks communication with us was first class. We have used Brown and Kay as our Managing agent on a rental property for five years now and the service received has been fantastic. This was our first purchase in the area, living nearly two hours away we needed a company that would actually manage as opposed to taking a 'post box' approach - fortunately we chose well! After meeting so many different estate agents Mark @ Brown & Kay was a breath of fresh air. he was honest, genuine and friendly and by far the best estate agent we had come across. When our offer was accepted Kate in the office was very organised and kept us in the loop about everything. She was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions.

If you are looking for a hard working, professional, friendly team with excellent communication skills Brown and Kay do all this exceptionally well. We have moved to the area and Steve and Regan helped us to find the perfect property. During the purchase procedure when things became stressful, Kate went out of her way always updating us with the relevant information and always keeping us in the loop which made things so much easier.
