Tenants left house and garden in a bad condition so there was a claim against their deposit. This took ages to sort out but with help from Kelly at Imagine, most of the deposit was awarded to me. It doesn't cover the full cost of repairs but goes a way towards them. Kelly couldn't have been more helpful, it was her help and support that resulted in a good outcome.

Sam and Jemma have been super helpful and I have found the process of renting a property through Imagine to be very positive. Jemma and Bianca has been really helpful throughout the process. They managed to send the documents ahead so we can have a run through with the dos and donts, and other important information we needed for the new flat. Right from arranging a viewing, to the offer/acceptance stage and all the way up to the exchange/completion, he provided all the required support and help at the right time. Due to unforeseen circumstances for my current Landlord, we were given the absolute minimum notice to vacate the property. This placed us under huge pressure to find another suitable house.
