We had been trying to sell our property for 6 months through another agent without success even though we had over 50 viewings. We then go in touch with Brandon's who were able to give us much more valuable advise on how best to position our house in the local market. and it worked! the house was sold within 8 days of being relisted. The next stages of closing the sale were very stressful but Tony and the team were on top of it every step of the way, getting our buyer and solicitors aligned to make sure every went as smoothly as possible. In under 4 weeks of accepting the sale we had exchanged contract and looking forward to competition. Now if finding a moving firm was so easy.

We have known Tony since he sold our house some fourteen years ago when other agents failed us. He has helped us purchase on one occasion and sell on another property since then. He currently manages a rental property for us. In all of this time he has been trustworthy and honest. He is professional and quickly deals with any problems should they arise.
