Very easy to deal with, fast communication, highly flexible and very, very professional. I recently purchased using Foundations and my service was excellent. I dealt with Adam for the majority as my sales rep. He was very helpful and informative during the process of the sale (and previous viewings). The more viewings I had with either Adam or Vinny the better understood they were of what I was looking for. Adam was knowledgeable with all questions I had at any viewing and if he was unsure of the answer he would find out and report to back to me.

True to his word Les did find a buyer for my property and the whole process was managed extremely professionally. A very professional and excellent service received from Gero, John & Rosamaria at Foundations Lettings. Gero's expertise and advice to us has been invaluable. Excellent photo's and description created, which we are sure resulted in the property being snapped up very quickly. Property went "live" on 22nd January, offer received and accepted on 25th January, with tenants moving in on 1st February. Thanks guys - job very well done.
