JW homes managed my first property rental. I knew nothing about being a Landlord and they guided me through the minefield in detail with patience and understanding. Howard was particularly helpful. He kept me updated constantly throughout the process and I never felt that any question was daft or that I was pestering them with my lack of knowledge. Will definitely be using them to manage any further properties

Where do I start? From start to finish nothing but professionalism, so attentive, kind and helpful. Denise is the ultimate sales lady. She sold the house to us within 10 minutes. The way she was able to suggest decor ideas. Being clued up on the property, able to answer any questions we had. She was amazing! Leslie, wow! Amazing lady. We were first time buyers so we're clueless. She helped every step of the way. Always went above and beyond. Cannot recommend her enough. They really are the best about! I can assure any potential customers that they will not find a better company to deal with. I can say hand on heart that the lettings team at J W Homes (Howard, Harry & Rachel) went WAY over and above to help us secure a rental property. Currently have 4 properties being rented out using JW Homes. Also I bought my own home through JW Homes. very easy to deal with when buying my new home in Highfields Blackwood. Also Howard the lettings manager does a great job managing my properties. I feel like he has my best interest and cares about looking after me unlike my previous lettings company. he has found great tenants and he is always on the end of the phone if I need him. all round great service
