Horrible viewing experience. I was looking at a property and had difficulty getting a taxi that day, so I assumed I would be 20 minutes late and called 40 minutes in advance to give notice and got no response. There was also no agent calling me to confirm my arrival time. When I arrived, there was a couple viewing the property had just left, and it was clear that they had used my original time slot, which is fine.
But the agent blocked me from viewing the property because I had my time. And refused me for giving me an initial offer. She asked me to call again on Monday to make an appointment for another viewing. Brilliant, by Monday, surprise surprise, their customer service told me directly that they had closed the viewing and since they've got three offers, I can only make a blind offer without viewing the house. a.
I wonder how the seller would feel if they know they've lost a potential bidder and b. the most rigid and unkind service i've ever used. but thanks, this is eye opening. Won't use it again.

Nova Homes provided a great service which we could not fault. When ringing calls were answered fast or if the office was busy someone always called back in a timely manner. Stuart was our go to man and was always in contact to explain what was happening and what we needed to do. He also has a very cheery disposition which uplifted us and gave us reassurance during some stressful situations (not because of Nova Homes). We would definitely recommend Nova Homes to anyone buying or selling in Plymouth. Thanks Nova Homes, especially Stuart.

Called up twice this week about a property on Nursery Close that I was interested in spoke to a lady called Megan who was unable to help. I was advised that I would receive a call back but I've heard NOTHING! I have just called up again today and spoken to a gentleman (didn't catch his name) who came across very rude and disinterested. Their website is extremely hard to navigate and it seems as though if they are not getting money from you they are simply not interested! I had a very different experience with them when receiving a valuation for my own property as they must have seen the signs! AVOID.

As a landlord I found Nova Homes level of service poor to say the least. The issue of communication became clear from the outset. They NEVER answer the phone and when messages were left it can took them a couple of days to return the call. When the first rent payment became due they promised payment the following day which failed to materialise and then I was informed it could take 5 days (WHY PROMISE PAYMENT IN THE FIRST INSTANCE).
I tolerated them with the aim of getting shot of them after the 6 months. Unfortunately even with more than 2 months notice they then took 75% of a months rent. KEEP WELL CLEAR.

Using Nova Homes to sell a bungalow was a very good choice. The service is professional, efficient and extremely competitive on price. The property was portrayed in a very accurate and comprehensive way, the video option well worth the relatively small extra cost, I can highly recommend that. It was always possible to get in contact with someone, updates and progress were reported promptly. Nova Homes found a buyer very quickly and the agreed marketing and sale price realistic. Overall I can highly recommend Nova Homes and would certainly choose them again.

Used this company to sell my home in Derriford, they were fantastic! Great fees and an amazing service, they couldn't do enough to help me and nothing was too much trouble! Don't even consider anyone else! I used another firm in Plymouth, last year, supposedly one of the nations best and they charged double and nothing to help! Stick to local guys like nova they are hungry and fairly priced.
