First class very established Barnsley Estate agency, over 200 years experience of property management and selling. I would recommend highly to any buyers first time or seasoned buyers. Lancasters have been fantastic from start to finish!
James showed us the property and he was really friendly, chatty and answered all our questions about the property. We made an offer then we dealt with Pat, she was also lovely! They kept us informed throughout and the service they provide is amazing. We met with Alex at the estate agents to collect the keys and he was nice and wished us well with the property. All around amazing service, definitely recommend

Having previously found out (the hard way) which agents in the area not to use, our development company were blessed when we appointed Lancasters to sell our plots. Alex Jones who headed up the sales process there has been truly fantastic, never hesitating to go out of her way to assist not just ourselves but the buyers too. Friendly, approachable and very professional!

Was very impressed with the valuers assessment and his approach to advertising. The staff in the office were helpful and professional, my only criticism of Lancasters is their telephony service, there were many times i called the office and the answer machine said office closed. Whilst I appreciate phone lines could be busy, better to hear engage tone rather than a misleading message

I find the customer service with Lancaster’s very poor and at best very rude
Recently had a booking to view a property turned up at booked time just to be told that the landlord 1/2 an hour after the booked time. I phoned the office and they said that it was booked for 11.30 not 11 and was very rude about it
After past experiences of letting through them I wouldn’t touch touch them. Seam to forget that we are the customer
