Training and qualifying with RICS and CAAV membership in 1999 I initially worked in East Anglia for a highly respected Agricultural Surveyor and Auctioneer.

We bought a house in Tunbridge Wells that was listed with BM. Michelle was friendly, professional and communicative throughout the process. Any potential issues were approached constructively, and I particularly appreciated the effort she went to with co-ordinating the whole chain - not just BM listings.
