From the outset we received outstanding service from Ian at Blackstones. From the moment our flat went on the market, we were kept completely up to date with everything. Ian accompanied all viewings of our property and immediately informed us of offers. He then managed to get several offers above our original asking price. He continued to update us right through to completion, including informing us of any small problems, which were outside of his control.

Always very helpful and extremely good at keeping you informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this estate agents and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Highly recommend Blackstones! They sold us our first property 9 years ago, then they found us our new property when we had been looking for months and kept discounting the property we are now in. Ian listened to what we needed and then was able to point us to the right property even when we couldn't find it ourselves. They had done such a great job that we decided to then switch to them to sell our property after the first estate agents not being good.

They were very honest when they showed us a property and didn't pretend it was perfect and even said this isn't the one for you when normally estate agents try and convince you that every property is the property for you, they worked with you. We won't even think twice about going straight to them when we next move to help us sell. Ian was brilliant, always happy to answer any question and every phone call and also very happy to try and push it along when it's taking time. Very happy customers!

I recently purchased a property through Blackstone and they were always very attentive and played their part very well. I neve had to wait for anything with Blackstone and whenever I asked them for anything I was always given a response almost straight away so overall a very good service. Always refreshing to deal with small/local businesses too because you don't get the quality issues that you do with the larger businesses.

If you want to sell, these are the guys! We chose Blackstone's out of 3 agents and are really glad we did. From the first visit by Ian to the last contact with Gary, they have been nothing but professional, and in a very friendly manor. They kept us fully informed, throughout very difficult times due to 'lockdown', which resulted in the recent sale of our property. They both went the extra mile which made all the difference and therefore come highly recommended.

My only regret is not using Blackstones sooner! Ian and Gary made everything so easy. Not living in the area I left everything in their capable hands. They kept me fully informed, I never had to chase them. They liaised with contractors when I had works carried out, and never took the easy option of reducing the price to get a quicker sale. Take it from me do NOT go to a big chain agent! Stick with a local agent you can trust!

Absolutely excellent customer service, I couldn't recommend Blackstones enough. Ian has been fantastic - always phoning when he says he will, keeping us in the loop and sharing news with us good or bad as he found out. Ian and Gary are both very responsive to emails or calls and make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. We had a very bumpy road with our house move but I can honestly say I don't think it would have gone through without the continued support and persistence from Ian. Sadly, they dropped the ball. Overall the people at blackstones are OK, on a positive note they are on time, they ring back when they say they will. that goes a long way. They do say they represent you as a seller and it is your best interest they have, because you pay them. In my case, I'm left with a sold house and no place to move into and arranging all my stuff to go into storage.

I fell for the estate agents information on what was happening. It did close the deal for them though. What I have learnt, its online and direct for me next time, as when it really counted for us, they fell short. Nice fellas but listen to the solicitors not the estate agents. As I say Blackstones are always prompt the bill arrived right away. This is not a 'DONT USE BLACKSTONES' review, just consider what service is sold to get you signed up against the end product.

Thank you Blackstone for finding us our dream home, we could not be happier. Ian & Gary could not do more to accommodate our viewings and when we found the right property Ian went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale. Would thoroughly recommend Blackstone to anyone buying or selling and will not hesitate to use them again.

I can't recommend Blackstones enough and am very pleased we placed the sale of my mother's property with them. They were professional throughout the process, we had loads of viewings before sale, and they were really pro-active in chasing solicitors down the chain for progress towards completion. very impressed!
