Update on my previous review: Since moving in to the property, the level of service decreased dramatically and the property management team have been extremely combative and accusational when we have been trying to resolve issues with the property. We were looked after by Mike Whitehead at the East Grinstead branch of Greenaway Residential, and the entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Mike was extremely responsive, professional and friendly and made the process stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future, the service was excellent.

Absolutely brilliant service from Greenaway - we got exactly what price we hoped for our house which was more than we was told by other agents to expect. The sale of the house was quick and efficient - and despite other agents in our chain being unprofessional, unreliable and hard to communicate with Greenaway worked hard to ensure the chain did not fall through due to other high street agents inexperience.

And after looking for a new property to buy I can safely say I'll never use an online agent or a high street agents to sell a property. Money very well spent as they worked hard to get their commission which meant we got more money, quicker and less delays and hassle.
