I consider myself very fortunate to have had the luck to obtain my flat in St. Leonards through Oakfields Estate Agents. From Day One all the staff I have spoken to have been very amenable and extremely professional. If they say they will contact you they do and if I may, I would like to highlight Lily and Kirsty who have been especially helpful to me in resolving a couple of problems I had a the property - in both cases someone came to solve them the next day as promised. Have just purchased a flat in a building managed by Oakfield, and while there are lots of things to sort out, I have to say that Claire Moor & Hannah Dennis as my designated peppery managers have been great at answering my myriad emails and doing their best to get me the info I need and address the issues at hand. I have been a tenant of Oakfield for almost 3 years now and recently encountered an issue out of my control. I was guided and supported by the lovely Skye. She liaised with myself and my landlord and made me feel so at ease. I never felt judged or uncomfortable having the conversation at any point. Absolutely disgraceful the states Oakfield allow people to live in! some of the worst mould I have ever seen babies becoming seriously ill occupants suffering mental health because of their living conditions for them and their children and what's their answer? to evict them without providing any other housing or support. do not use oakfield! they only care about money.

I in particular wanted to leave this review for the collections team at Oakfield (not that the estate agents aren't amazing aha, I've just already left a review saying what stars they are) The past few months haven't been easy financially and it seems that anything that could have gone wrong has gone wrong, but these ladies were always there to help wherever they can (special mentions to Skye S and Zoe W) they are the most patient and understanding people and it really helped put my mind at rest. Amazing Team. Cannot fault at all.

The staff at Oakfield are pleasant and polite, nothing is too much for them, they're fair and kind. They won't come grabbing for money when your tenancy ends and have always been quick and responsive. Luke Seymour is fantastic! Always there to help, just a call away. I normally only leave review if something is not right, but over the last 8 years I can honestly say all the staff at Oakfield have been great. Very prompt in updating me, and professional in their manner but really friendly too. It has taken out all the stress that you here about with letting your property. Cannot recommend them enough.

A big thank you to Rebecca, Phil and the rest of the sales team for their kind and professional service in the sale of my flat. I was helped by several agents, some of which left Oakfield before my completion. Lauren, Sam and Dan were fantastic. Sam provided regular email updates after viewings had taken place and Rebecca kindly assisted in matters. relating to the sale that would've been a lot more stressful to handle by myself, keeping me up to date as things progress.
Everyone has been compassionate and understanding about the difficulties posed by these challenging times in the sale of a property and I definitely appreciated this. If given the chance, I would definitely use Oakfield again.
