I can fully recommend Hinton and Downes as letting management agents. The team is very supportive and communications are very good. Fees are also very reasonable and they are extremely trustworthy. Full package!

Grace who was there from the start has been an excellent estate agent and helped us hugely in the past few months as our long-term tenancy agreement came to an end. She went above and beyond in trying to facilitate a smooth exit for our family from the property.

Im am very happy with my experience, from the start to finish I was kept updated and anytime I had questions they was happy to answer! The process was fairly quick, referencing took a few days but that's understandable as they have to check who they are renting to. Overall I am a very happy renter. I once went to Hinton and Downs four years ago, while having a walk on high street as I had some extra space to rent and asked for their opinion. Grace attended, listened and and gave me option of renting some part of my house. After two days tenants were viewing my place and new tenants moved in a week's time. It started paying 50% of my mortgage. Recently, again rented the place on a higher rent. Things are even getting better with time so I am one happy customer of Hinton & Downs. All the team is friendly, helpful and very professional.

There's so much more of a personal touch, superb local knowledge and great communication. The staff are clearly knowledgeable of the local area and are always friendly and professional to deal with.
