Howard Cundey is a fusion of two companies which each have the same Partners, business principles and long experience in most matters relating to property.

The original office of Howard Cundey opened in Lingfield in 1968 and other offices at Bletchingley, East Grinstead and Forest Row followed in regular succession. In April 2008 the business was purchased by four partners of Ibbett Mosely, long established Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents dating back to 1900. Three years later the decision was taken to merge Ibbett Mosely Property Consultants 6 offices with Howard Cundey under the Howard Cundey brand name to create the largest firm of independent property specialists in the area with an unrivalled coverage of large parts of Surrey, Kent and Sussex.

The roots of both businesses are firmly grounded in experience, professionalism, expert local knowledge and sheer hard work. We continue to open long hours and we still provide the same standard of service whatever your property needs are.

We also have an important sales and marketing office in Mayfair used in conjunction with over one hundred Mayfair Office associated firms spread across the UK. This gives us an unrivalled network which extends our reach to the important London market and also to buyers from all over the UK and beyond.

Technological advances mean we are constantly breaking new ground: links with Facebook and Twitter now provide our customers with immediate information. And Howard Cundey TV is our boldest step into the future, creating a new dimension in the marketing of residential homes.

We now have specialist Lettings & Management departments at Oxted, East Grinstead and Tonbridge and a long established Commercial Property department.
